raid-2.2.14-B1 fails to patch 2.2.14

Hi all.  I'm trying to patch 2.2.14 with the patch on Ingo's site,
raid-2.2.14-B1, dated Jan20.  However, there are multitudes of errors when
patching an otherwise pristine kernel.

Is this patch expected to patch cleanly?
