No its not in 2.3 kernels, but I have not yet looked at 2.3.41 and 42.
Ingo has released a patch for 2.3.40-pre? at:

   http://www.redhat.com/~mingo/ibc-ext2-raid-2.3.40-N1

It looks as if autodetection does not yet work, so I could not
test it.
