Incorrect.  As of 2.3.99-pre8, the merge is (mostly) done, with just a
few straglers left to get cleaned up.  Once my 8-way Xeon finishes the
find | xargs -P 8 bzip2 -9 I've got running, I'm gonna check KNI support.
