I'm thick headed, please help me boot in 2.4.0-test2

Hello, I was happily running 2.2.16-RAID without any hitches. I have my
/boot partition as RAID-1, and my / partition as RAID-0. All RAID
partitions are setup for auto-detection, and this seems to work fine for
2.2.16-RAID. Upgrading to 2.4.0-test2, it is unable to mount the root
device, apparently because it didn't first configure the / raid device
(md4), only the /boot device (md0). Any ideas? Probably some stupid
mistake on my part, but I could sure use some help.
