The following selected patches update the ib_acm service based on the results of testing the service across an 1100 node cluster. There were 8 additional patches that resulted from the testing, but those were either trivial updates or improvements to the ib_acme test utility only.
These changes will be part of a pending 1.0.4 release to match up with the upcoming OFED release.
