Just follow up on this:

For direct paththrough mode:
Problems was solved when I upgrade firmware with 2.9.1200,just as Albert's 
suggestion as below:

For SR-IOV mode
As I coundn't find a server with SR-IOV enabled.
I solved the problem with pci rescan, commad as below:

echo 1 > /sys/devices/pci0000\:00/0000\:00\:07.0/remove

echo 1 > /sys/bus/pci/rescan

If you don't have the 2.9.1200 firmware, you will probably run into
this issue with function level reset:
