scripts header file not included in ncr53c8xx.c

hi all,

I was just going thru the ncr53c8xx.c source code and found out that the
file 53c8xx_d.h (which contains the entry point to the scripts) is not
included in ncr53c8xx.c whereas it is included in 53c7,8xx.c. So how does
the ncr53c8xx driver access the scripts? I think the current ncr8xx driver
is ncr53c8xx.c and not 53c7,8xx.c.
