The DSTAT value 0xc indicates that the chip detected a data parity error
on the PCI bus or a target signaling such a condition during a PCI data
phase, while the chip acted as a PCI master.

The value f3100004 looks bogus to me. It should be e3100004. Could you
confirm that. The possible causes highly depend on this value. In order
to avoid poor sci-fi, I will wait for your reply on that point, prior 
to actually reponding to your problem report.
