I just wrote about problems with IBM SCSI-2 Fast PCI adapter 
(82G2675 chip). Looks like this adapter isn't supported by Linux. In whole
2.2.13 kernel sources three this chip was found only in PCI part.

As I wrote, under DOS and NetWare this adapter works well. Below is board's
signature (output of debug under DOS, board lives at 0xc8000).
