There are the books from the LDP: "The Linux Kernel" and "Writing a SCSI
device driver for Linux" both have some information.
For an overview that I enjoyed myself, there is a document by Douglas
Gilbert, called "The Linux SCSI subsystem in 2.4". I think a lot of the
information in there is still valid. Also, on www.andante.org, there are
some documents.
I am sure there are more, but I am still looking myself :-)
