Vision Systems (Norderstedt, Germany) have 16550 and 16750 boards, ISA
and PCI, one of those may fit. IIRC, http://www.visionsystems.de/ --
note they ship unregistered UPS parcels and UPS is obnoxious in respect
to dealing with transport damage :-(
