ini cuma warning, toh dia tetep fallback ke C.

ya hapus/ganti aja env vars di atas:
export -n LC_ALL LANG
> cp libphp3.so modules/libphp3.so

ini salahnya, libphp3.so ada nggak? sudah 'make' sebelum make install
dan nggak ada error kan? atau jangan2 compile sbg CGI?
