Greetings, I have an INTEL 'Providence' PR440FX Dual-Pro motherboard, which has support for the IO-APIC mode irq handling. I have been running the linux2.1.xxx kernels on it for some time without trouble. When I updated my kernel to the 2.2.0 version, with generally the same configuration options, I got 'spurious apic interrup, ayieee this should never happen' error messages. Am I missing something, or is this a problem in the 2.2.0 APIC? ______ |___ |__ _ _ __ _ ___ HomePage: / / | \/ | | | __| http://www.il.fontys.nl/~zombie / /__ O | || |-<| | _| E-Mail: |______|__|_||_|__|_|\__| [EMAIL PROTECTED] Treasurer and BOFH of IGV InterLink; Supreme Commander of FCG.
