I had a problem in 2.0.36 were a process would completely lock and not be
able to be killed. Examining dmesg would show either a SCSI bus timeout or
some other SCSI related error. One time crond spun out of control and
launched 45 or so sub processes. i have an Adaptec 2940 and a dual PPro
200. I'm wondering if these are common symptons and if so maybe some
common solutions.

I'd love it if this was fixed in 2.2.x since i'm using that now.
