Hi again, I compiled the kernel 2.2.1 + (SMP) Mingo's patch to avoid : "spurious APIC interrupt, ayiee, should never happen." on a dual pentium pro (P6DNE). I got some sort of error somewhere at VFS: Mount root but it keeps going and then yields: Unable to handle kernel NULL pointer derefence at virtual address 00000FD8 current->tss.cr3=00101000,%cr3=00101000 xpde=0000.... Oops=00... CPU=1 ELP: 0010:[<c02415fd>] EFLAGS:00010282 . . .
