Location of SMP program list for linux has moved

Just to let You know: Bjorn Ekengren has left the responsibility for
maintaining the list into my hands. The list can be found under a new
URL: 

http://www.informatik.uni-bremen.de/~hollow/mthread.html

Since this server is located in germany, the response time should not
change significantly.
