Do you have 3Com905 or 3Com905B? If you have the 905B
I *think* the fault lies in the new 3Com 905B driver (3c59x.c) you
probably use version 0.99G. Try to look for another driver for your
network adapter. I use 0.99E without problems - Ummm: with less
problems ;-). The better way is to trash your network adapters and
use tulip based adapters instead but before that have a look on the
3Com bug-report mailing list and on the WWW-Pages.
