Dual Pentium II with two Soundcards ?

Hi Guys,

does anyone have experience with SMP in combination with (up to) two
soundcards. 
I'm thinking of a ASUS P2B DS + 2x AWE64PCI + 2x PII 400 + 128MB + DEC
Tulip. 
The system is going to be used as a (dual) MPEG II-AAC live encoder/server.

Any comments appreciated !
