I have been running the following machines in SMP mode without
any problems at 100mbits full-duplex (connected to a Cisco Catalyst
2924):
Compaq Proliant 850R (we have many of these)
Dual PPro-200-256kcache
160mb RAM
compaq (symbios 875 compat) fast/wide/ultra SCSI
1 x 9.1gig barracuda
DEC tulip based ethernet card (these happen to be Netgear cards)
2.0.35 kernel
2.1.125 kernel
Homegrown Pentium II systems
Dual PII-350
256mb ECC PC100 SDRAM
Mylex BT-952 fast/wide/ultra dual channel scsi
2 x 9.1gig barracuda
DEC tulip based ethernet card (Netgear again)
2.0.35 kernel
(in process of testing 2.1.125 with RAID 5)

Chris
