Your updatedb (the children thereof) is still running, but it is blocked in
uninterruptible sleep. I can't believe it took more than two hours to scan
all your filesystems... 

So, although there may be a bug in your scsi adapter or elsewhere that caused
that updatedb to hang but the real answer to your question is - check out the
updatedb. Maybe even manually (after reboot of course) run 
/etc/cron.daily/updatedb.cron
(as root, of course).
