I am running Gigabit Ethernet on our development LAN. I'm using a Packet
Engines PowerRail 2200 as the main routing switch with Gigabit ports.
The NICs are Packet Engines G-NIC II cards that run very well under Linux
x86 with Becker's driver. My next step will be to test them on a
21164/21264 Linux Alpha box to see how much of a difference it'll make
using the 64bit PCI card.
