Well, I personally relax this extremely categorical statement into more
gentle "it is quite all right to overclock your system as long as you won't
be too upset by the need to throw it away tomorrow". There are many
situations where it is applicable, such as wanting to get the most power
from an old P133 and seeking excuse to buy a new dual PII/450 :)
