Hi,

I am still seeing a lot of people who notice problems with
system responsiveness on SMP systems.

My scheduler bigpatch (available from my home page) has fixed
all these problems, but a lot of people seem to be unaware of
the existance of the patch or they just don't believe it is
SMP safe.

This message is to inform you of a solution to the responsiveness
problem (my patch) and of the fact that I am happily running it on
an SMP system myself -- without any trouble whatsoever.

If there's enough 'mass' behind (pieces of) my patch I might be
able to push some needed pieces into the main kernel tree and
our (well, your) responsiveness problems will be gone forever...
