Hi.
Has anyone tried to run Linux 2.2.5 on ProLiant 6500 Quad Xeon server?
ProLiant 6500 has 2 64bit PCI busses (bus#: 0 and 4) and two
EtherExpressPRO100 NIC via DC21154 PCI-to-PCI bridge, and new(?) APIC.
IRQs for the EtherExpressPRO100 NICs and IRQs for PCI cards on PCI bus
#4 are not re-allocated correctly.
Are there any methods to use IRQs allocated by BIOS or allocate
manually?
Now we use linux 2.2.1 with 450NX bus scan patch and
skip_ioapic_setup=1 in smp.c.
Thank you for any help.
Here are boot messages.
