NT should have no trouble with SCSI tape drives.  NT 4.0's backup
program, in fact, *only* allows tapes; I've added lots of SCSI devices
to NT, and never had any trouble, but I didn't ever get around to
putting my tape drive on there.  I use CDs for backups; much easier, and
more permanent, than tapes.
