I was wondering, I was looking at a page dedicated to tuning apache, and it says that using "-DSINGLE_LISTEN_UNSERIALIZED_ACCEPT" will help a lot with apache, especially if you are using multiple processors. It says to enable this, IF the kernel supports it. Where would I find information about which kernels support this? Also, if someone could supply me with a link that details all of the ac patches, and what is in each of them, I'd appreciate it.
