Here's something interesting.

In previous posts I talked about CPU2 sitting at 0% usage on a 4 processor
system kernel 2.0.36, RH5.2, 4xP166 processors

Now CPU2 is working, but CPU1 is not. (in xosview, and a modified version
of top)

Are the processors assigned numbers randomly at boot time or something? Or
could this be some kind of a variant problem with my system or LINUX?

Please excuse my ignorance if these are dumb questions. Yes, there is such
a thing as a dumb question........ie: Is microsoft better than Linux?
