Hi all,
I'd like to raise some problems that I've experienced with the
2.3.x kernel branch. Here goes:

Problem #1:
After some period of time of usage (1-4hours), the ethernet card
(realtek 8029 pci, driver compiled into kernel) does not respond and
produces the message "eth0: Tx timed out, lost interrupt? TSR=0x3,
ISR=0x3, t=1000.". This problem has occurred with kernel version
2.3.{14|15|16} but I'd slightly doubt the problem can be observed in
earlier revisions of the kernel otherwise I would have had noted it down
(yes, I've used 2.3.{8-13} from a few hours to nearly a day but never
came across this problem). Any ideas?

Problem #2:
Just noticed this problem with 2.3.16. After 1 or so hours after
boot, trying to access files over nfs forced the process in the D state.
<Irrelevent>This happened with using 'tail' on log files and attempting to
send a file with DCC through IRC</Irrelevent>. Has this been noticed with
you guys using and/or developing 2.3.x?

System:
        Soyo D6IBA motherboard.
Dual 300A clocked to 450mhz (flames welcomed, heh)
Realtek 8029 PCI card (ne2k clone)

-David.
