Go for the Dual Celery and the BP6. I have such a system and it is
screaming. It is running rock.-table at 2x 480 MHz at the moment (I'm
using two Celery 333 @ 96 FSB), and it can go beyond above 500 if I cool
it better...Oh, I forgot...U didn't want to OC..HEHE....

Nope.They're just as good as the 366. Both have 66 MHz FSB, remember ?
366= 66 x 5,5 and 400=66 x 6... I have OC'ed several Celery 400 without
any problems. But be sure NOT to use 83 MHz FSB, it will abosolutely fry
your PCI devices as the PCI clock is at 41,5 MHz....Go for either 75 MHz
or 93 MHz...
