No configuration needed.
the web page can be accessed by using
http://200.100.1.1 (where 200.100.1.1 is the IP
address of your server).
If you have a real IP, then the web server can be
(still up to your ISP as they have control over your
IP!!!) accessed by anyone in the world (no need to
dial in!!!)
