My understanding (I'm sure someone will correct me if I am wrong) is that
this is nothing at all to worry about. It is simply a warning, one that
can be ignored because the kernel has taken care of everything.
Essentially, your BIOS initialised one CPU (or MTRR, not sure...) but did
not properly initialise the second. So Linux initialised the second one.
This is as important as a message saying "Adding swap". Your system
should work perfectly fine and should run at full speed.
