what is the difference?  why should one be prefered over the other?
is peer somehow bad or are you looking to test biosirq?  fwiw i'll try
out biosirq when i get the chance and see how it goes.

besides grovelling through linux/arch/i386/kernel pci code is there
some documentation on this subject?
