No problem. In your /etc/lilo.conf, add:
append = "mem=384M"
Alternatively, you can specify mem=384M while booting.

This has nothing to do with your problem. Linux is smart enough to realise
that the mtrr settings aren't correct and works around it.

Errmmm... make sure you are using the one that www.bp6.com recommends, I think
the BIOS upgrade you are talking about is buggy. The QQ-2 beta BIOS seems rock
solid to me.
