if you have a dos or windows machine around..

-format /s a:
-put awdflash.exe, and bp6_qq.q01 from abit's ftp site. on the this disk. 
-boot up from the floppy.
-run 'awdflash bp6_qq.q01 /options' (ref. in bp6 manual).(I would clear the
dmi and cmos),
-after flashing I would physically clear the cmos by setting the jumper on
the mobo, as I had problem with my network cards for some reason until I did
that. 
-check all settings in bios.
