Hello, I have a Supermicro PIIIDM3 i840 w/two PIII-650Mhz and Kernel 2.2.15. When heavy access to disk is done (two or more processes running and writing/reading to the disk) the kernel displays "Unexpected IRQ Vector 217 on CPU#1" and after this the SCSI controler hangs reseting the bus on an endless loop. I've just installed Kernel 2.3.99-pre8 and seems to work fine. Anyone with the same problem? Is there any known patch to solve this in stable releases of the Kernel? Thanks in advance.
