Hi at my home i have a als100+ sound card. i recently installed redhat linux 6.2 on the system. though my card was the infamous sis5215c i some how managed to install X and get it working. but my sound card is not getting installed correctly. sndconfig detects my card as als100/110 as thats the nearest option available. but then says that it failed to configure the card. it then allowed me to mannually configure the card. as the card is pnp it gave me a set of configurable options. but no matter what combination i chhose it give me a conflict error. i badly want to configure the card. it also says that param_mrq_iq is invalid help me. thanks prem __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!?
