This release fixes the following:

• timeout problem reported by Howard Selover
• M_FLUSH problem reported by Ragnar Paulson
• getpmsg/read race with strrput reported by Howard Selover

It does everything expected of it in my testing.  So now you all can have at it.

I am leaving for Florida on Feb 15 and won't be back for two weeks.  So if I broke something, let me know soon, or wait until mid-March for attention to the problem.
