FYI, I'm running this patch on a BananaPi and have also modified the BPro 
dts so the reg is used cpufreq scaling.

[fedora@bananapi ~]$ cpupower frequency-info | grep stats
  cpufreq stats: 312 MHz:55.78%, 528 MHz:2.98%, 720 MHz:5.35%, 864 
MHz:6.32%, 912 MHz:14.67%, 960 MHz:14.91%  (1006)

[fedora@bananapro ~]$ cpupower frequency-info | grep stats
  cpufreq stats: 312 MHz:70.41%, 528 MHz:9.74%, 720 MHz:2.22%, 864 
MHz:2.30%, 912 MHz:4.97%, 960 MHz:10.35%  (2809)

No problems so far with the "stock" voltages.
