Hi, 1 - As far as i know A20 does not have temperature sensor that is user readable. 2 - I am not sure which PMU you are using but i suppose that it is axp209. It only have over temperature protection. But i am not sure, it has support for battery temperature monitoring but i have not used so far. 3 - For CPU serial port is not problem. You have to set fex file ant nothing else. Which pins you plan to use the serial port? If you have any problems i can help you with that.
