I have a Microsoft IntelliMouse Explorer which I use in a PS/2 port.
With 1.4 I was able to use the IMPS2 setting. However with the 1.9.5
pre-release the wheel does not work properly. This is because my mouse
is only using the lower nibble of the forth byte for the wheel delta
and the new code is expecting the whole byte.
Maybe an ExplorerPS2 mouse type is needed.
