Nasm, the netwide assembler is at 
www.web-sites.co.uk/nasm/
and can be downloaded from
ftp.**.kernel.org/pub/software/devel/nasm
where ** is your country code.

It's also in many linux distributions; but likely on some extra cd (like
redhat powertools).
