Hi everyone:

Let's say you load a pixmap into memory with gl_getbox(). Is there a quick
and efficient method of manipulating it -- specifically, shaving columns
of pixels off the right side of the pixmap if they happen to be a certain
color?

My goal here is to create a function for writing proportional bitmapped
fonts, so that (for example) lowercased "l"s don't have a lot of space on
either side.

Thanks,

-J
