I modified the isapnp.conf file in the modules directory of the
distribution to set up the controller at IO=0x200, dma=0, and irq=9. As
for flags when loading the modules, I used the following in the insert
script to install the ftape-internal.o module:

insmod ./ftape-internal.o ft_fdc_fc10=0 ft_fdc_mach2=0 ft_fdc_base=0x200
ft_fdc_dma=0 ft_fdc_irq=9 ft_fdc_threshold=15 # ft_fdc_rate_limit=4000

Getting a SCSI chain working is perfectly simple if you remember that
there must be exactly three terminations: one on one end of the cable, one
on the other end, and the goat, terminated over the SCSI chain with
a silver-handled knife whilst burning *black* candles. --- Anthony
