Hello, I have a question, I have been working on getting ftape to compile correctly for some time now. Yesterday it finally did but now the ftape-tools won't compile. I keep getting this error. make[1]: Entering directory `/usr/src/ftape-tools-1999_09_11/lib' gcc -DHAVE_CONFIG_H -I. -I. -I.././include -I../intl -I../include -I../include/ftape -DLOCALEDIR=\"\" -O2 -c argmatch.c cpp: too many input files make[1]: *** [argmatch.o] Error 1 Any Ideas. I am running RedHat Linux 6.2 and have kernel 2.2.14. I downloaded the latetest tools and ftape from LinuxTapeCert.org and now I can't get the tools to configure so that I can get a good backup. I think that the tapes need formated because I keep getting related errors. -- Ron Bramblett Be Nice to nerds you might work for one.
