..so IMHO as mythffmpeg (in Mythbuntu Updates) is not compiled with mp3,
xvid, mp4 support (as should be to be paired with ffmpeg+libavcodec-
extra-52), nuvexport gets broken. I have rebuilt mythtv 0.25 with those
options enabled but nuvexport is still broken, so I must have left
something behind. Any ideas?

Title:
nuvexport cannot encode to anything but .nuv anymore

Status in Mythbuntu, Ubuntu derivative focused upon MythTV:
  New

Bug description:
Upgrading from 10.04 to 11.04 and using MythTV 0.25 from autobuilds
resulted in nuvexport being unable to encode to anything (xvid, mp4,
etc.) but .nuv format. Installing libavcodec-extra-52 package made no
  difference.

  Regards,
  Antonio
