Mytharchive fails to create DVD: IndexError

Bug description:
Mythbuntu 9.10 amd64 (standalone MythTV BE/FE host):
When I try to create a DVD (with an animated main menu) using
Mytharchive and some avi videos, after ffmpeg has succesfully
completed two passes for each file, the process fails with the
following error:
IndexError: list index out of range.
The bunch of videos are 2.5 GB approx. so no out of space issue here.
