xdg-user-dirs should use special icons if available

Bug description:
More recent versions of Nautilus display special folder icons for
$HOME/{Documents, Desktop, Music, Templates} etc. The Files and
Folders plugin should respect the XDG spec for user directories and
display the correct icons when they are available; currently, the
generic "folder" icon is always used.
