This'll be disabled due to bugs in the dynamic row implementation inside the HEAP engine we have. Should be able to provide patches at some point "soon".

This occured somewhere in the switch away from ROW_TYPE to the engine option ROW_FORMAT but before my patch that removed the remnants of row_type from the proto.
