Cannot import image that the file name includes "%"

Bug description:
I found OpenShot cannot import image files which have names like
"img%.png".
In most cases, the operation is ignored. However if the file name
includes "%)", OpenShot freezes so I have to kill the application
after that.
Confirmed with r464.
