2) Version of the OpenShot Build Wizard
unknown (PPA repository from 2.10.09)
3) Version of OpenShot (displayed in the terminal when you run OpenShot)

for me a key feature would be to have possibility to set transition
duration manually to exact length (in seconds/miliseconds), also
changing via mouse by moving transition edge on track would be cool.
couldn't find it (I checked "Disolve" and "Blinds in to out"
transitions) anywhere
